1. A written application addressed to the Ambassador.
2. Two passport-size photographs.
3. Legal proof of celibacy.
4. Copy of a valid residence permit in France.
5. Particulars of future spouse.
For Ugandans born and divorced in Uganda, these documents should be obtained through the Registrar General or Barristers Chambers, and only for attestation of celibacy though Local Councils in Uganda.
